1. It's simple, easy to use, and takes no effort to set up or get started using! I've tried several other ones with fancy features but I always come back to this one because it makes access to the things I need super fast.Works well until your page fills up with notes.

2. When you are in any of your folders now and try to type it bounces all the way to the bottom of the folder!! Why is this happening and how do you plan to fix this issue before I feel the need to switch to a totally different app and delete MEMO PAD?Two of my recent note files have magically disappeared.

3. It is not stable.Excellent for jotting quick notes, also text excerpts occasionally ad when opened, but you can immediately hit the x and it's gone (haven't had to wait through ad play) this is the free version, have not upgraded yet, which probably removes ads.

4. I could forgive the clunkiness and the annoying random adds but randomly deleting my notes nah its but worth it.Kept losing my memos.

5. I tolerated it because I just needed something to store info on that I could access at any time and like others all of a sudden my notes just started disappearing.

1. Fix memo pad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart memo pad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the memo pad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "memo pad" » Open memo pad for writing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for memo pad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear memo pad for writing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from memo pad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "memo pad for writing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check memo pad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, memo pad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall memo pad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall memo pad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing memo pad not working

2. Fix memo pad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make memo pad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to memo pad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, memo pad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
