Why should I report an Issue with Memo - memo pad?

I feel as if this app has wasted my efforts.This is very wonderful app 4 keeping notes and i think it is extremly amazing 💕💕 But the problem is there is tooooooooo much ads and u should pay to get rid of those million ads , i know it's hard to remove them but you should just try to decrease them 😐 But 4 short i like this app and thx for all the designers 😊😊😊Extremely difficult to use.

2. But other than that it is a great app to write and keep track of memos.It sucks that you cannot search multiple notes like the previous app I had on my Samsung phone.

3. Takes twice as long to use and figure out as other memo pads.App is ok, would be nice if save button actually showed action, not intuitive to go into menu and create new dock to save, or see that save happenedLove the color's cahnge.

4. it's not like the old one I used to have and it caused me a great deal of a mess I'm missing information I spent some time typing in not knowing I had to hit the save button that is just ridiculous please fix itEasy to use, but back up important things somewhere else.

5. I wish it had some additional features such as sticky notes that you can put on your home screen to view without having to actually go into the memo app.

6. the memo pad app was something I used very often for notes and reminders and tally exedra.

7. I don't know why they don't give confirmation that the memo was saved initially, but I saved it 4 times because I didn't know it saved.

8. If your device dies, your notes will be lost.

9. Additions or revisions to existing items don't stay on as as an edit- they're LOST; 3.

10. Adds interrupt additions & then won't clear in order to continue your work; 2.

11. Keeps memo's perfectly and securely.

1. Fix Memo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Memo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Memo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Memo" » Open Memo - memo pad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Memo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Memo - memo pad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Memo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Memo - memo pad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Memo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Memo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Memo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Memo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Memo not working

2. Fix Memo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Memo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Memo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Memo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
