1. There should be date filter to filter announcements of specific dateNo notification alert from App even when notifications settings turned ON on mobile device.

2. It keeps saying " Check your network connection"MCB app is designed well and user friendly, only issue is bus tracking is not working some times...Online payment not available.

3. There should be an option to auto forward Announcements to email id, and at the same time notification over sms.

4. Lot of stability issuesSo far only useful for fee payment and late announcements, no other links are working.

5. Currently the issue is if we miss the announcement notification on phone, it is very hard to traverse back through all the past announcement to find the missed one.

6. Automatically refresh the second kid also every yearEvery app notification comes here opens to a blank page in the app.

7. Example time table changes etc.I had added 2 kids and only the first one is refreshed in year end.

8. Basically it means that all school communication simply fails to reach parents.App screen keeps refreshing.

9. No proper updates on respective section other than announcements tab.

10. No option to contact the school.Very worst app i have never seen.

11. If I click on the"Misc fees" option, the app restarts.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Veranda K12 Issues

1. Fix Veranda K12 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Veranda K12: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Veranda K12 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Veranda K12" » Open Veranda K12 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Veranda K12 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Veranda K12 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Veranda K12 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Veranda K12" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Veranda K12 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Veranda K12 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Veranda K12. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Veranda K12 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Veranda K12 not working


2. Fix Veranda K12 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Veranda K12 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
