1. Massage envy has been great for a decade now, but makes it tough to enjoy if I can't book an appointment, not can I contact them to let them know their stuff is broken.

2. Not sure calendar entirely accurate because if I call the location they can find me appointments with my therapist that aren't showing online.When app was working, it was fairly easy to make an appointment at any time of day.

3. You should also be able to search for open appointments based upon your desired massage length and regular therapist (ie search for openings by therapist's name).The functionality and reliability of this app has really gone downhill in the past few months.

4. If you want an appointment, you will need to call the specific location you are interested in and see if they are available for the type of massage you want and with whom.

5. It allows you to send an appointment request which is just as easy as calling your favorite Massage Envy directly.

6. I've been using their app for 6 years, it's a bit quirky, but I am able to book and keep up with my appointments.....until recently.

7. I have emailed developers and tech support and receive zero responses.App is improved just by being able to schedule appointments, but it needs to be better.

8. Good to find locations and availability, but the app fails to book appointments or add your existing membership to the app to make it easy to book.

9. I hate having to call up locations every time, and I've told the locations about this but they can't do anything about it.Update: The app got worse, they now filterout valid email characters, so you cannot even login.

10. Why can't I cancel massages in the app? Why can't I see my prepaid and gift card balance???? Some locations I have to leave a cancellation VM and it has been overlooked.

11. You should be able to bypass all the stupid questions about what kind of massage and aromatherapy - I go regularly and it should just save a profile, give me an option to change it, but not routinely make you jump though all the hoops.

1. Fix Massage Envy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Massage Envy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Massage Envy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Massage Envy" » Open Massage Envy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Massage Envy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Massage Envy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Massage Envy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Massage Envy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Massage Envy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Massage Envy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Massage Envy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Massage Envy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Massage Envy not working

2. Fix Massage Envy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Massage Envy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Massage Envy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Massage Envy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
