1. In short, every time I want to open a word document I have to delete tempo slowmo - I am unable to find a way around this.Would prefer to email dev about this, but no contact details given.

2. you guys are the bestIt seemed great when I was shown the app but when I went to use it since I have an android it wouldn't connect to apple music which i have on my phone.

3. This isn't fair after purchasing the app in the first place to stop them.shame, as I like the app& is good overall.I paid for the playlist extension but is full of problems and lacking basic tools.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Tempo SlowMo Issues

1. Fix Tempo SlowMo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Tempo SlowMo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Tempo SlowMo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tempo SlowMo" » Open Tempo SlowMo - BPM Slow Downer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tempo SlowMo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Tempo SlowMo - BPM Slow Downer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tempo SlowMo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tempo SlowMo - BPM Slow Downer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Tempo SlowMo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tempo SlowMo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Tempo SlowMo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tempo SlowMo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tempo SlowMo not working


2. Fix Tempo SlowMo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tempo SlowMo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tempo SlowMo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tempo SlowMo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Love the app and have used it successfully for quite some time. Now though it is not seeing the files in dropbox/Apps/Tempo SloMo. I have deleted the app and the files and reinstalled everything and it still will not download my tunes. Help would be greatly appreciated

  • In the past I had no problems downloading music to Tempo Slowmo. When I downloaded, the music file went into Tempo Slowmo automatically. Now, when trying to download new music, from the same site that was not a problem before, I get a message saying cannot download to "TODO Folder". I have downloaded a lot of files in the past. Is there a limit as to how many files that I can download into Tempo Slowmo? FYI, I did donate to your site. Thanks
