3. Can't even see how they got a 4.4 rating on play.I like the app as it helps locate my husbands son, but it sometimes doesn't open at all, or opens then closes on its own and other times it requests to go premium or watch an ad but no ad is available to watch.

1. Fix Ship Info Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ship Info: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ship Info App. Here is how:

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ship Info » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ship Info app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ship Info servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ship Info" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
