Why should I report an Issue with Cameraless - Camera Blocker?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I find it unacceptable.I have bought the full version to make use of its full features,but sorry to say it was waste of my money,I want a full refund as the features like white list and time block doesn't work at all.

2. Why put a shortcut on the screen when the original App widget is already on there and much more intuitive.? The whitelist shortcut is a design flaw- fix it! Until then, two star it is.Seems to do exactly what it should, ads are not annoying, cam stays blocked when activated, all apps which are not on white list have in this case also no cam access.

3. Not sure if timed/random or new feature but, if u watch roughly 30 or so varying length adverts you will automatically be converted to the PRO version of this software... More apps should do this as ad revenue more than compensates devs their expenses but nethertheless I still have to "take hats off!" to these Devs for doing this.

4. Especially in quick messenger apps it's a pain, when you open a message from the notifications bar and want to answer with a picture, you first have to close and reopen the app with the shortcut provided by cameraless.I've used this app for a few years and it was great.

5. I want either the full working version or my money back.. I couldn't find support also so I had to type in here.

6. I have paid for the app and after using it for a while, one feature that would be really useful would be the option to auto disable the camera whilst the screen / phone is locked.

7. Unfortunately, the whitelist isn't working, camera blocking works but isn't switched off for the whitelisted apps.

8. The widget to free off Whatsap seems to work but, to be honest, it's just as quick to unblock the app.

9. Therefore I fully recommend this app and definitely encourage you to use it, no doubt...This app will unexpectedly launch full screen video ads with loud sound and music, such as, when you are trying to take a photo.

10. Edit: Thanks to your quick support and providing me with a "pre-beta" version, my issue has been resolved.

11. Installed the app on a new phone, saw the same message,watch 30 ad videos and you can upgrade to pro for free.

1. Fix Cameraless Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cameraless: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cameraless App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cameraless" » Open Cameraless - Camera Blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cameraless » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cameraless - Camera Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cameraless servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cameraless - Camera Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cameraless app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cameraless might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cameraless. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cameraless then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cameraless not working

2. Fix Cameraless Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cameraless be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cameraless not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cameraless may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
