1. My problem with this app is, when I turn on the camera it doesn't turn on! Shows wrong password! But my password is correct, I use four cameras, v380 and v380pro all cameras work!This application is very good.

1. Fix V380 Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart V380 Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the V380 Lite App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "V380 Lite" » Open V380 Lite » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for V380 Lite » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear V380 Lite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from V380 Lite servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "V380 Lite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check V380 Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, V380 Lite might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall V380 Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall V380 Lite then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing V380 Lite not working
