1. There are currently two M1 apps available — My M1 and My M1+. - Customers on M1 Bespoke Plans should use My M1+ app to manage your account for your new plan. - If you are a postpaid or Fibre Broadband customer, please continue using My M1 app.
1. Too many a time had I not been able to view my data usage due to the app having an update and caused me to not being able to view.
2. Called the hotline, at least the customer service people are alot more efficient but unfortunately they are not able to do change of credit card details over the phone.This is absolutely one of the WORST apps you can find.
3. What could have been an easy and convenient 10 min contract renewal process resulted in me spending more than an hour as I attempted and reattempt to submit my choices thru an app that would frequently fail to load.
4. Whoever created and maintains this app should be SACKED.The last time (24 Jul 2021) when I tried to use this app, an "My M1" notice appeared, telling me that M1 will collect data on my location even when My M1 app and location are not turned on.
5. Really frustrating since the webpage on browser doesn't help and the app is the only way to change my billing plan.App can't load on the 1st time 90% of the time.
6. When I finally got to the payment page, I attempted to make payment THREE times, only to be returned to the previous page and asked for my credit card details again.
7. Still not able to login at all but at least stuck at the "still loading" screen.The app can't work properly at all.
8. The fingerprint scan prompt came up when I want to view my bill or change the billing plan.
9. There are plenty before me yet M1 had done nothing at all.As others before me have given their feedback, the M1 app has not been able to work properly since Feb this year.
10. Not even a warning that you will no longer to able to access your account after the upgrade unless you install the new M1+ app.
11. horrible! end up i had to call the hotline to activate my SIM card instead because the app did not work! i see so many bad reviews here saying the same thing.
