Cleaner Customer Insights

1. Easily removes unwanted videos, images, voice notes, stickers, GIFS to save more memory in phone.Very unstable.. continuously calculates data in its own..easy to use , ads are annoying but it works ๐Ÿ‘it would be a good feature to define how old data will be cleaned up, for example, cleanup data older than 3 months, 6 months, etc.Overall well made.

2. I had a great experience with the app, so I even purchased an yearly subscription & renewed it few months ago as well.

8. However, I do note that there is only lifetime one has the price, the monthly and yearly only have 3 and 7 days free trial and free afterward.

9. And then when I click on upgrade, it says "you are already subscribed to the premium".

10. This feels like a cheating.I have been using it with the ad and would like to go premium.

11. Unfortunately the received Media is not cleaned, when in folders called "private" which is now used by Whatsapp.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cleaner Issues

1. Fix Cleaner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  4. Check Cleaner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cleaner might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cleaner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cleaner then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cleaner not working

  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cleaner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cleaner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
