Othe than that, the chart part of the app is great.I like how it helps and guide you into learning japanese , I also like how they read the words for you.It was really helpful to me to be able to remember the words and phrases ☺️This is a great app to learn to write and speak Japanese though I am only a beginner and dont know if the phrases they are using are commonly used, This app is quality and you can get the full content for only 4 dollars once.

2. It's not free, so I need to watch the video to continue using it 😓 But if you do not take this into, then everything is great!It is an awesome app for learning, but I gave it four stars because of the ads.. I know that we need subscription to get rid of the ads, but it's really annoying.

3. Learning hiragana was easy with useful display, games, and quiz! But one thing that make some troubles, is learning katakana.

1. Fix Japanese Letter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Japanese Letter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Japanese Letter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Japanese Letter" » Open Japanese Letter -Learn Hiragan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Japanese Letter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Japanese Letter -Learn Hiragan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Japanese Letter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Japanese Letter -Learn Hiragan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Japanese Letter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Japanese Letter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Japanese Letter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Japanese Letter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Japanese Letter not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Japanese Letter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
