Thank you!My son likes this game but the screen is cut off to the right, making it unplayable.. makes for a very frustrated 4 year oldI have two children with two devices and they can share this game ,I need to buy'it twice .not fare.Can't adjust the screen.The app doesn't open at all.

2. I also think they could have done a better sound for "'r." The game says "err" instead of "ruh".the game is very good and my three year old girl loves her but every time she logs on it tells her to buy the full version even though we've already purchased it.

3. once we are in the app store then we just select open and all the levels appear I don't know why every time we get into the game we have to do this and if she comes out out of the game by accident we have to go through the whole process againQuite disappointing.

4. Paid for full version but the app doesn't go pass the next level even though previous levels completed.

1. Fix Phonics Island Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Phonics Island: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Phonics Island App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Phonics Island" » Open Phonics Island - Letter Sounds » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Phonics Island » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Phonics Island - Letter Sounds app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Phonics Island servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Phonics Island - Letter Sounds" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Phonics Island app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Phonics Island might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Phonics Island. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Phonics Island then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Phonics Island not working

2. Fix Phonics Island Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Phonics Island be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Phonics Island not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Phonics Island may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
