1. I was looking everywhere for an app that would show a vertical sleep regularity graph like this one has, so that I could see patterns over time, and track my sleep using a simple timer.
2. As a shift worker who works late evenings in healthcare it is great to keep track of my sleep as its a real problem for me.
3. Great would be an option for export and import of data or even synchronization between Google fit or Garmin sleep data...I have recently installed this and I have to say.
4. Sorry, at 2pm, I'm my sleepiest and grumpiest! I begin feeling more alert at 3pm, which the app says is the "tired" time, lol! The upshot is, this app can't be based on real biological science, otherwise it would fit the facts!It's totally free and seems to work very well.
5. Please add an option to assume longest display turn off time as sleep, should be simple and no drawbacks.

9. What does orange mean for example? Also some of the language used is jargon with no explanation, e.g. I still haven't understood what sleep cycles are.
