Sadly, this feature does not appear to be functional.hey I found a problem with the talking clock like I said before it takes about 30 seconds or a minute or so to speak the time but the people works so it's done the beat goes on then quickly I turn on the screen then it talks quickly but if I don't do that then it takes about 30 seconds or a minute or so any solutions for me yes I did do that I did turn the improve accuracy on but it still does itNot satisfied.

3. i have added the apps that i tried to the battery optimization exclusion list but none works, and this app is great that we can choose our favourite sound and it can speaks out the current time too.

4. considering buying the app.Recently downloaded and while previewing, observed an audible date and time of day feature, which claims to be available at the beginning of the time/interval announcement, which provides enormous needed flexibility.

5. Please tell me how to fix this (an Australian accent would be cool to hear) and I'll up my rating! Ps I've tried and retried and retried to fix this...i have tried a handful of hourly chimp, only this speaking clock works, thumbs up to the developer.

6. Thanks.Downloaded the option to use accents in English, but why it isn't working is confusing me! It works in the preview, but not when the app announces the time.

7. Now after setting the sleeping clock for every 20 minutes during the night, I sleep well to a long stretch of time without the need of opening my eyes.

8. No unnecessary frills, and the only thing I can think of that I'd like to see added would be options for how the hour is stated (for example, the option to choose "ten" or "ten o'clock", rather than just the default.

1. Fix Speaking Clock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Speaking Clock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Speaking Clock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Speaking Clock" » Open Speaking Clock: Hourly alarm » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Speaking Clock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Speaking Clock: Hourly alarm app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Speaking Clock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Speaking Clock: Hourly alarm" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Speaking Clock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Speaking Clock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Speaking Clock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Speaking Clock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Speaking Clock not working

2. Fix Speaking Clock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Speaking Clock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Speaking Clock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Speaking Clock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
