1. It's one of the most useful app I was in need.I bought this because it is needed and I thought it would help me2sleep better but everything is all wrong except for sunrise and sunset,I have2get at 5am everyday because I have to eat breakfast at 7am, lunch at 12pm and I have to let the dogs out@that time, and dinner exactly@4pm every day, and I try to tap on it to move it the way I want it but it doesn't move or anything.
2. Would like to tweak intervals, and set other alarms according to an actual solar clock (12 hours of day/12 of night).For a 2 euro premium, it could offer more options for the alarm and show more info like highest blood pressure, temperature, focus, reaction, serotonin etc.
3. The actual interface is easy to use though and configuration options are good.Thoughtful app, yet many improvements and features needed, like to restore the purchase in event of uninstalling the app or in case of change of device? I don't know whether it has or not such facility, but when one purchases an app, it must be there so as to avoid charges again.
4. I keep it mostly for the widget and notifications, but just noticed that if let unchecked, the notifications eat up about 10% of the battery (5000mAh) an hour which is insane! Last update 2016 👌I fine this app to be a good nudge in the right direction on when to take breaks, eat, etc.
5. It works on all four seasons, so for example to maximize your breakfast, lunch, and dinner, to benefit from the nutrition, I look at the optimal time during that season to plan my meal.
6. It is useful to live naturally with the sun and not according to clock time, especially with the abomination of DST.
7. It based on your location and goes by the sun and moon rising and setting time, so if I take a trip it automatically synced my new location.
8. Feature request: please make it easier to see the day as a whole in terms of the time frames for each activity.Very interesting.
9. It's hard to remember what the icons are and it would be good if it had more guidance as to how the whole thing is meant to impact on the individual.
10. Useful for me to keep more attuned to natural rhythms, especially since I'm at the far west edge of my timezone.
11. The other notifications such as for meals are not useful at all because you can't set them.
