In the end it makes the experience with this clock a mitigated one to say the least, an unpleasant one when you're in a hurry and don't want unnecessary screens to pop up when you open your phone...This alarm is dependable and easy to use..I am a heavy sleeper and this alarm has woken me up on time when other alarms have failed to wake me up..The graphics are nice as well as the different options that are available for the alarm tones/tunes/ringtones..Sometimes it does not work.. if you turn off your phone and turn it back on you have to open the app or the alarm for will not work..Wakes me up.

1. Restart Alarm Clock Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alarm Clock Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alarm Clock Pro" » Open Alarm Clock Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alarm Clock Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alarm Clock Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alarm Clock Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alarm Clock Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alarm Clock Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alarm Clock Pro might not work.
