Why should I report an Issue with Better: From Gretchen Rubin?

Even so, I encourage everyone who likes Happier podcast/ book, try the app too! 😀 Great work GretchenRubin/ HappierTeam !The app itself isn't great (they have a lot of bugs to figure out and the layout isn't very intuitive), but I've met great people and learned things from this app that I wouldn't have otherwise.When I open this app it says there are exciting new features coming and I need to update the app.

2. It can be a little hard to find the posts I'd most want to see in my feed, but most of that is probably because I've been spoiled by the big-business algorithms!Really buggy, put my password in the field labeled email and was too slow to load each page.

1. Fix Better Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Better: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Better App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Better" » Open Better: From Gretchen Rubin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Better » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Better: From Gretchen Rubin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Better servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Better: From Gretchen Rubin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Better app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Better might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Better. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Better then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Better not working

2. Fix Better Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Better be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Better not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Better may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
