mdINR Customer Insights

1. As well as I tried to call and you are experiencing long wait times & I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes and couldn't no longerI love being able to test at home instead of having to make a trip every week and then waiting 24-48 hours for results.

2. I called customer service and was told "it's probably the app, not anything you're doing." I sent an email to the tech support address for the app, listed here on Google Play, and got this response: "This email is to notify you that your email has been blocked by our corporate email scrubber.

3. Shows up on phone bluetooth, but if I select pair meter in app settings, says unit selected as noted above here does not support bluetooth, yet the bluetooth symbol is flashing on unit like it's trying to connect.

4. But at least twice in the last couple of months, it's been down for maintenance when I've been trying to input data - broad daylight PST, middle of the week, so not a normal time for software to have maintenance cycles run (weekend and middle of the night).

5. Test reminder, results list, supply order notification.Update: PT2 device is selectable however there is no Bluetooth pairing.

6. I don't get any idea that results sent to doctor.Useless. After the 7 October update the app will no longer connect to the server using either my tablet or cellphone.

7. So after hearing from customer service I place an order to activate the softwares feature of order tracking and still when clicking on it I get the error that the service is unavailable due to maintainence and the app crashes and i have to log back into it.

8. And customer service is absolutely top notch, not enough words to say how amazing and responsive they are.I can log in and connect to my device via Bluetooth, but then the app crashes.

9. (Telephone, fax, mail, etc)." Seriously? You guys have some work to do!No transfer of results from unit, coag-sense pt-2 inr.

10. I'm getting calls from the doctor, it's a royal pain, and I'm extremely frustrated.I had previously submitted a bad rating for the mdINR app and I want to give an update to that rating.

11. Our strict corporate policy prohibits any email communication from non-approved senders.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix mdINR Issues

1. Fix mdINR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart mdINR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the mdINR App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mdINR" » Open mdINR » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mdINR » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear mdINR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mdINR servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mdINR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check mdINR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mdINR might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall mdINR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mdINR then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mdINR not working


2. Fix mdINR Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mdINR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mdINR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mdINR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Reported Issues

Note: Issues displayed have already been sent to the developer and are older than 7 days.

  • The new mdINR app has some issues. First after selecting Submit to send my INR readings when I try to close the window the app states that my INR data was not sent but when I call customer service they state that they did receive my latest INR data. I have deleted the mdINR app and reinstalled it but that has not corrected the issue. Second, when I choose to use biometrics to log on to the app instantly re-logs on after I have just logged off.
    The older version of this app worked well.
