1. Downgraded to 1 star it's to bloated and location tracking became glitched can't clock inWas working for first couple of times i used it, now it keeps resetting my timeNeeds another update.

2. Luckily I found a work around - I type everything out in a note taking app and copy paste into the Task form! Yes, I've tried every fix possible on my end...Needs to have a way to go back and change reports already entered.

10. Tried to uninstall & reinstall, but that doesn't work either.

1. Fix Lighthouse.io Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lighthouse.io: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lighthouse.io App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lighthouse.io" » Open Lighthouse.io by WorkWave » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lighthouse.io » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lighthouse.io by WorkWave app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lighthouse.io servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lighthouse.io by WorkWave" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lighthouse.io app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lighthouse.io might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lighthouse.io. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lighthouse.io then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lighthouse.io not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lighthouse.io be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lighthouse.io not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lighthouse.io may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
