MDHearing Customer Insights

1. Please fix this app asap! This problem means new users will nto be able to set up their hearing aids and old users won't be able to make tweaks based on their surroundings!Using the VoltMax for 6 months and I have to re-install the app about 1/week.

2. Very aggravating as if you can't clear or get by this error, you can't change the mode from adaptive to quiet.Found out app updated today, and it prompted me to set up my hearing aids again.

3. It doesn't allow you to control your hearing in all environments as well as past versions did. This app is quite detailed and easy to use.

4. The problem I have had is that it doesn't find one of my hearing aides almost every time I use it and I have to reconnect with the app most times.I have the volt max.

5. The tutorial video for cleaning the hearing aids is extremely helpful.Loses touch with 1 or both ears, keeps trying but failing has to "reset" ove4 and over.

6. The app never finds the hearing aids the first time or even the first three times.

7. The features I want are "temporarily removed" (which similar apps from other vendors have, like wear&Hear's BeHear Now hearing aid earbud app).

8. To do the hearing test I have to start over with the right ear first, can't just do the left.

9. If you ever reload the app then it loses all your settings and you have to take their "not a hearing test" test again so if you have personalized them then you lose all that.

10. Since I'm already an experienced hearing aid wearer, the setup process for the hearing aids was very easy to use.

11. The personal profile part is nice so that I can show people where my hearing loss is in each year.
