1. REQUEST: for extra stars.... pls do not switch to bluetooth input when opening the app and do not reduce the volume of the soundbar![Request] !!!!! Question?! Can be fixed the volume? When I going up the volume jump from low to high even if I start from zero.

2. One v annoying issue - opening the app switches audio input from "arc" to "bluetooth", even when arc is in active use (very annoying for the household who are watching TV).

3. You cannot change the function/input settings via this app it just says error...that would be a great upgrade if they do change it and also allow full control to this app and include DJ FUNCTIONS AS WELL.App is working but not user friendly and not intuitive at all.

4. Then I refreshed my phone, lost my Bluetooth pairings and while pairing with my LG radio still works fine, the app no longer works.

5. It would be very useful to use it as remote control but in this case app is total failure.App connects to soundbar fine, rarely crashes/disconnects and most importantly gives more functionality than the soundbar has out of the box.

6. Also,when you start app it turns volume up if Bluetooth volume is high on mobile phone.

8. So I can connect to it in my bluetooth settings on the phone.

9. Ok, after a couple's of updates the volume has the same issue it's not going loud smoothly.

11. but I can't connect to it the stupid app? it says it can't connect to the speaker and it retry 5 times and I tried an older version and still have the same problem.

1. Restart Music Flow Bluetooth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Music Flow Bluetooth App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Music Flow Bluetooth" » Open Music Flow Bluetooth » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Music Flow Bluetooth » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Music Flow Bluetooth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Music Flow Bluetooth servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Music Flow Bluetooth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Music Flow Bluetooth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Music Flow Bluetooth might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Music Flow Bluetooth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Music Flow Bluetooth then reinstall.
