Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LG TV Plus Issues

1. Fix LG TV Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LG TV Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LG TV Plus App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LG TV Plus" » Open LG TV Plus » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LG TV Plus » click "UPDATE".

  5. Uninstall and reinstall LG TV Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LG TV Plus then reinstall.
