I used the AR app last year and it was great for checking what a TV looks like in your home, but now there are no longer any TVs listed in the app, only good for washing machines, fridges etc LG please help as this may put me off of purchasing an LG TV!Advertised for tvs but there are no tvs in the app... 1. Fix LG H&A AR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LG H&A AR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LG H&A AR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LG H&A AR" » Open LG H&A AR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LG H&A AR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LG H&A AR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LG H&A AR servers.
