1. This is a straight up scam.I have to say I didnt find out how this works so I have to uninstall it.. The idea is clearly good.. But I spent 10 min trying to find out how this work, all while my phone is very low on battery and don't have time to loose...The instructions look clear but they aren't easy..Good premise.
2. If you forget about the device charging and don't unplug it charges you for the extra hour without even giving the option if you want to pay another hourUnfortunately they had a bit of hardline attitude to a mistake made by the shop that has one of their stations.
3. I had an issue with the power bank since I plugged it in incorrectly by mistake which did not stop the timer, so it ran during the night, even when the place that provided the power banks was closed.
4. If I needed it again I'd probably use it again.Charges extremely slowly and the prices are way too steep! Not worth.Tells me it's 1e for hour and first is free, then charges 15e for two hours.
5. Pity the customer service was so shortsighted.Very easy to use and I had a great experience with the support when I ran in to a fringe issue that was quickly solved.
6. Reached out to customer service and got a reply within 2 days with further contact! Super friendly customer service which helped me with getting a refund, which I really appreciated.
7. Shop took the powerbank but had moved the station to the back office on account of a busy city festival and insisted I leave the powerbank and they would put it away.
8. I just wish they could make it possible for phones to be charged even when off.Used it for the first time and it saved me, as I was just with not much battery left.
9. However I tried for probably 20 minutes and the power bank stopped charging.
