ChargeSPOT Customer Insights

1. As a tourist in Japan, I tried to use it at Universal Studio Japan, and to do so you have to credit money first so I credited 5 USD then went to scan the charger and that's when it malfunction saying can't scan because of user's different region.

2. Getting the battery from the port was too hard, they reject foreigner credit cards, they don't write clear working schedules so I couldn't return the battery and the costumer service was not helpful at all.

3. 1/10You cannot add a payment method; I tried to link my card to the app, but a message that read "please tick the agreement" stopped me from doing so.

4. Still looking for a place to return but time is ticking... Shouldn't have all 7-11's charging station fully filled.Only used twice and both times were absolute hell.

5. ??????? OF COURSE MY PHONE HAS LOW BATTERIES??? Why the flip else would I come borrow a charger??? Absolutely joke of a system.

6. This time, I walked 3 7-11s unable to return the charger because they were all full.

7. The system said "error: your phone has insufficient batteries" or something and wouldn't let me borrow one.

8. I was wanting to leave a suggestion at your page but unable to submit.

9. Topped up 30hkd to rent the charging pod but unable to rent.

10. Has saved me from an empty battery multiple times, both at 7-11 and the chargespot machines.

11. Please fix your app.I went to borrow a charger with 2%.
