1. although it has its problems which needs to solve and improve.I signed up for a three day trail and they charge my card for $14.99 (Disputing it) The information I thought I would be able to review wasn't present in the app, the information was already available on the USCIS.gov site for FREE!!!!! 🙄🙄Best immigration cases tracking app! 2. One particular suggestion, if I could pick and chose the case I would like include in timeline when I want to share my timeline.I just applied and am in review, so I can't speak to how much more detailed this is compared to the USCIS site.

3. Their "You can cancel the subscription at any time" means you can cancel it at any time but no refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!Not particularly helpful! If you have set up your uscis account and email and/or phone no, there is no added benefits.

4. IDK if paying for pro is worth it.Whenever I try to add my case number, it states "object is missing required member 'contents'." Edit: So support was able to fix the issue and I was able to input my case number in.

8. it is important to know, this is just an app and doesn't have any ability to make faster your case, everything depends on USCIS and NVC.
