1. Got the casetracker app which is easier to use and works fine.Would've been nice if it has the option to use finger print to sign into our account the first time after you have sign into the account and enable the use biometric finger print so I don't have to keep using the password every time to get into my account.
2. It's unusable to meI can't believe it is not butter is what comes to mind about the most updated, sophisticated & the most important & needed links made too very easy & up-to-date compared to past websites I have been using in the past with either expired or not enough information for over 30 years.
3. It looked good in terms of design at first but it's a pain to fill the Form and there is no way to continue if you file from the National Benefits Center (NBC) because the field requires "4 characters".
4. I did'nt use a lawyer but just followed the instructions per USCIS it was frustrating sometimes mainly due to the wait of each application clearing but it has been worth it.
5. I don't know for sure if this app applies to all of US or just only certain state and last but not least how up to date is this app to get the latest current laws and regulation in each state.Very good app.
6. Entering manually would not be a big deal, but for some reason the app forces to fill in all fields, which is completely useless, given that all the info can be retrieved just based on receipt number.
7. I struggle to scroll up to see the breakdown of the cases, attempt to scroll up just keep spinning the circular chart. It's not a usable app.
8. Not even sure what the pie chart is directed at as it has no information but to state stages.
9. Needs to improve upon the the responsiveness of the Case Groupings chart when scrolling up under the Near-By feature.
10. Many buttons doesn't work as well as you can't go back in the previous screen.Nothing to see, nothing changes.
11. We started the process of him getting here in March of 2018 so it took about 20 months to get him here.
