2. I give this app a 4 stars because it is what it says it is, though it has a problem connecting to my YouTube, I wish it could have more like Billboard albums, billboard awards, Billboard in different countries, billboard global and billboard artists (stuff like that).

1. Fix Billboard Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Billboard Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Billboard Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Billboard Player" » Open Billboard Player - music video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Billboard Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Billboard Player - music video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Billboard Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Billboard Player - music video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Billboard Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Billboard Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Billboard Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Billboard Player then reinstall.
