11. I wanted to rate this app higher as I love the information and updates I get, but with the current state that it's on I simply can't bring myself to do so.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Inquirer Issues

1. Fix Inquirer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Inquirer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Inquirer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Inquirer" » Open Inquirer Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Inquirer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Inquirer Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Inquirer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Inquirer Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Inquirer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Inquirer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Inquirer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Inquirer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Inquirer not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Inquirer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Inquirer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Please cancel my subscription to inquirer. While I just arrived at home and still tired my cellphone data was on and so is google but I do not mean to press anything but maybe I pressed subscription to inquirer accidentally. I just saw inquirer thanking me for subscribing. I don't mean to subscribe. Kindly cancel the same asap. Thank you.
