1. The captions in the videos of the homepage are stuck since last year and not reflecting the content.This app does not load for me if I do not grant it permissions to access files, pictures, my camera, my location, etc.

2. Following the January 2020 update the App no longer is able to open the messages tab and crashes.Stuck at a loading circle after denying them access to my location and photos.

3. It wont let me enter a run time less than 29 minutes and going from a 30 minute run time to a 29 minute run time is failing according to the app? And theres no way to choose between a plank or crunches...?App freezes phone when trying to do anything besides the home page.

4. Why does this app need access to all of those things? We warned Marines about installing apps that request access to our devices in such a manner yet we have this app doing the exact same thing.It was just okay before.

1. Fix Marines Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Marines: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Marines App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Marines" » Open MarinesMobile® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Marines » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MarinesMobile® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Marines servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MarinesMobile®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Marines app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Marines might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Marines. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Marines then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Marines not working

2. Fix Marines Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Marines be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Marines not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Marines may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
