Why should I report an Issue with KPlayer - All format video pla?

1. It is missing one essential feature that would have made it perfect: an equalizer, so 4 stars instead of 5.Downloaded to play a live stream that wouldn't play on my mobile browser.... As soon as I pasted the url in, it buffered for one second and then kicked off back to the app's main screen.....This is a great media app! It will be even greater if screen lock controls for music is included.

4. Well it is still a good player but somehow some subtitles don't show in some of my vids, and opening the options when watching a video to enable subtitle doesn't do anything.

1. Fix KPlayer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KPlayer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KPlayer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KPlayer" » Open KPlayer - All format video pla » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KPlayer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KPlayer - All format video pla app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KPlayer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KPlayer - All format video pla" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KPlayer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KPlayer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KPlayer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KPlayer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KPlayer not working

2. Fix KPlayer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KPlayer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KPlayer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KPlayer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
