1. This happens when clicking on an article to read, or when changing sections.I like the Miami Herald, & as I've been away, I've really appreciated the app (before the latest update) to stay tuned in to Miami/FL news, though I'm holding off on subscribing for financial reasons.
2. I enjoy the Miami Herald articles but paying for a digital subscription that you can't access sucks.Basic functionality is nonexistent.
3. New: Turns out that contacting the Miami Herald does not work, but from this forum I received a rapid reply with the instruction to clear the cache, delete the app then reinstall.
4. Updated 10/31/21: At your request: I sent the email to Miami Herald customer service.
5. Selecting view brings up the full page format, but it's impossible to zoom into a particular article to read the first few sentences without it freezing up.
6. Frankly this has been my long term experience with the Miami Herald customer service.
7. A paid subscription is now required to read every article in this app.
8. Sadly, when my subscription ends, my money will be better spent on a national news app and I will have to find my local news elsewhere.Horrible and frustrating app.
9. All for a PAID subscription from a company that does not provide customer support.
10. Keeps kicking me out and claiming that either I have no subscription or my subscription doesn't allow for limitless digital service.
11. Also you receive alerts for an article then click on the alert and it does not open to the article and sometimes you can't even find the article when it opens.
I never receive the news papers, I wrote several times and nothing happen. I wan to give me mi money back and suspend the subscription.
