Don't download it .when I download this app and rename the video so when I just send it to whatsapp to my friend it's converted into a file and when I want to see that particular file whatsapp is saying that you may not have a proper system to open this .. that is why I am telling you please don't download this app .I think this app has a lot of potential but Every Time when I try to open up the image, it reads "unable to locate file"This tool is very helpful to transfer all unorganised documents to telegram after renaming them.

1. Fix Rename & Share Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rename & Share: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rename & Share App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rename & Share" » Open Rename & Share » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rename & Share » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rename & Share app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rename & Share servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rename & Share" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rename & Share app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rename & Share might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rename & Share. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rename & Share then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rename & Share not working

2. Fix Rename & Share Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rename & Share be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rename & Share not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rename & Share may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
