1. You are able to select from a standard taxi up to a business limo if prefered with a few other car selections in between allowing you a choice for what's best for your needs... The real time tracking of the nearest available car based on the selection you choose is really and helpful...Updated rating to 4 stars :-) After Careem was discontinued, I've been using Karwa Taxi ever since and it's been a good experience with drivers and cars so far.

2. Edit: Talking to customer service did not change anything, unfortunately.Needs to improve 10 mins waiting or longer Long time searching for taxi more than 10mins, not always avaliable If there is credit card in account or money in wallet, not automatically charged.

3. Taxi driver cancelled and no message on app showing cancelled, answered after many times calling otherwise long waitingIs there any problem in application after date 28/03/2023? All time i need karwa taxi not found any car ,at the end i go to Uber .

Thanks I sent a mail.Some drivers take too long to reach n literally I waited for 30 min to get a ride..one ride had to cancel..earlier I had very good experience..if a ride is taking too long we should be notified..txThe app automatically selects your location, and most times will not allow you to change it.

5. I cancelled and got charged for cancellation! No one answered my complaint!Service is good , however, the app needs to be made more user friendly.

6. Server always down, the ride in front me never shows, if you're on ride and any pickup shows on driver's screen the route changes and pax has to suffer even his dropoff is near.

8. If you exit the app after booking a ride and then re open the app again, the default page is home page and not my booking page unlike other such apps 3.

1. Fix Karwa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Karwa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Karwa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Karwa" » Open Karwa - Official » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Karwa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Karwa - Official app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Karwa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Karwa - Official" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Karwa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Karwa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Karwa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Karwa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Karwa not working

2. Fix Karwa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Karwa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Karwa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Karwa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
