1. It's easier to determine which stop to head to.The app doesn't show any arrival times for buses and the metro rail system anywhere.

2. At launch, The map opens cropped-in so tightly you always get an error message that reads "there are no stops in your area." I spent months thinking the app was abandoned, until I found instructions that were equally unintuitive.

3. She said I should call metro for another route.Very useful for finding nearby stops, and immediate bus schedules.

4. Seems like projected times are just suggestions the bus drivers cannot keep up with due to traffic or what have you.Terrible. Route planning simply doesn't work.

10. There are duplicate stops for either side of the street with no way of being able to distinguish the difference.
