1. It's easier to determine which stop to head to.The app doesn't show any arrival times for buses and the metro rail system anywhere.

2. At launch, The map opens cropped-in so tightly you always get an error message that reads "there are no stops in your area." I spent months thinking the app was abandoned, until I found instructions that were equally unintuitive.
