Why should I report an Issue with QooCam?

1. Probably, Super HDR is the most powerful function of QooCam 8K thus it is also reasonable to set Super HDR as the default shooting mode.I was having trouble connecting to the camera, but I finally found instructions on the Kandao website to tweak some settings.

2. Love the camera, hate the app.The app worked fine for me until update 4.2.2. But now when I try to save my photos & videos, it just creates an empty folder with the name that the file should have had, including the .jpg or .mp4 suffix.

3. I haven't tried my Ipad yet but at this stage (you have multiple cams with multiple apps) it should be a given for android tablet support.This software is just as amazing as the camera itself.

4. Get the camera and grab this app.Cannot delete older imported images, it suggests a new update but it isn't available on play store.

5. I used to be able to but the option seems to have been removed.Qoocam fun refuses to run on newer android versions brought out my old android 10 device an it works but not on my android 12 device.

6. It's an awesome tool, and the app has advanced very quickly and wellUnable to export 360 images with its metadata !! When I export or share 360 image to Gallery, it doesn't play images in 360 sphere.

7. Don't tell that use different gallery app because I tried many of them & previous old images are working fine but captured by this app is not working !The early release did not work well.

8. I suggest to rearrange the sequence as Super HDR, DNG8, Photo, Time lapse, Video, Super Vlog, Live.

9. The app no longer exports images, it just makes an empty folder with an image name.

10. The app still won't connect to my QooCam unless WiFi is connected to the camera before the app is opened, even if the app sees the camera.

1. Fix QooCam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QooCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QooCam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QooCam" » Open QooCam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QooCam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QooCam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QooCam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QooCam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QooCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QooCam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QooCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QooCam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QooCam not working

2. Fix QooCam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QooCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QooCam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QooCam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
