1. Collect points every time you spend at any store offering Neal Street Rewards and unlock offers and discounts.
2. Turn your payment card into your loyalty card with Neal Street Rewards.
3. Neal Street Rewards is fast, free, and easy to use.
1. (Original review follows) I'd prefer to give 0 stars, you rebranded and I lost all accrued rewards, stamps, points across all 3 locations.Asks for location access all the time.
2. Take no for an answer! Why does it ask for location permission every single time the app is opened? It should be enough to decline once.Buggy when you try to use a voucher.
3. Also, stop asking for location every time I open the app.Stop asking for location sharing! I don't want to share my location but the pop up asking for permission appears every time I open the app.
4. The only place I can see the points is on the list of receipts and manually add them.My negative review worked, my account was magically refreshed and reinstated.
5. However, when I clicked on voucher, it took me to "Pay Now" screen rather that the "Voucher" screen! The problem was that I have only noticed after I paid and the transaction could no longer be cancelled.
6. Keeps saying spend to earn points for rewards but there is no explanation on what the points are worth, how many you get from spending or what your total current points are.
7. I was sent an email saying, "We noticed that you ran into a little trouble trying to make a transaction today." When I hadn't used my yoyo account since before covid.Moved to the new app and now I can't pay using the Pay&Earn barcode.
8. Awesome, I understand how things work but maybe you need to understand the problem before providing a simple scripted response.
9. New app has moved things for seemingly no reason leaving me and the next 2 people in the queue unable to work out how to pay...It appears that data may not be held securely.
10. So, not only I paid for a meal that I expected to get for free, I also lost all those accumulated points.
11. Surely the name should have some sort of association with the uni, or shops or paying? No idea what the points do.
