1. App is on Android.Not useable at all: app crashes every time I click on a National Park, every single time, any National Park.

2. After giving all permissions it asked, I can see only ads (lots of them) but I cannot register to national park, which I think it is the main purpose of this app.Easy to use.

3. UPDATE: After further testing it actually crashes if I click on any specific location, not just the National Parks: bank, restaurant, delivery etc.

4. Useless.Thanks for adding Thai national parks.

5. I have a couple of shops, but don't see how I can signup, or how it can interface with my other booking systems.Completely useless, not sure the distance from shop wee can book.

6. Galaxy S7, Android 8.0Good idea, I selected English but most of the content is in Thai.

7. The system works fine but the list of parks is in the Thai language.

8. Also there does not seem to be a way to cancel a ticket.Difficult to use if you aren't fluent in written Thai.

9. The app didnt notify you when it is your queue! I had to refresh manually and once it was my queue and I walked back, they told me that my number already passed.

10. The notification didn't work as expected (even I allowed notification on my phone) because our queue jumped from 17 to 6 then it is our queue.

1. Fix QueQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QueQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QueQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QueQ" » Open QueQ - No More Queue Line » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QueQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QueQ - No More Queue Line app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QueQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QueQ - No More Queue Line" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QueQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QueQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QueQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QueQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QueQ not working

2. Fix QueQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QueQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QueQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QueQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
