They charged me for something I never received.My order didn't deliver on time and when I followed up with them they answered me after the agreed delivery time that we need another phone number which I already provided to them.They put me with a very embarrassing situation.I asked for a refund and they refused,i have screenshots for my correspondences with them.I am changing my review, as after things went wrong and i posted my review out of sheer disappointment.

As for the fourth order, it was the worst of all, as my gift was delivered to a recipient other than the recipient specified in the order, and the specified recipient received someone else's gift, and the order was not corrected, and there is a deliberate procrastination for not correcting it.Express service delivered balloons 2 hours late.

3. The order is not delivered as promised on time, and still under process to the date!! I don't recommend this app!The worst ever,they don't respect their clients, with the first problem they will drop you regardless if you are a repeated client.

4. Until now it's already 6pm the order is showing processing status on the app, no replies on their WhatsApp customer service and no answer on their customer support line.

5. The JOI application offers a simple user-friendly shopping experience, hence I hope to receive my first order on time as well.

1. Restart Joi Gifts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Joi Gifts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Joi Gifts" » Open Joi Gifts - Same Day Gifting » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Joi Gifts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Joi Gifts - Same Day Gifting app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Joi Gifts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Joi Gifts - Same Day Gifting" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Joi Gifts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Joi Gifts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Joi Gifts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Joi Gifts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Joi Gifts not working
