Very much needed after purchasing the 2.99 membership to explain the design aspect to me clearer As I'm a visual being and having the design only part shown to me helps so much.Whilst its slow to process info, its super handy to have charts on the go! I took the other reviews about the OK button on board, but discovered when I used it, that ALL info needs to be input for the OK to work, then there is a little wait (so be patient!)The best and most accurate, detailed human design app! It's directly showing the rave i-ching descriptions.

2. Why is this application no longer functional?This was a good a app when I tried it @ the beginning of the yr, but now it just says the login was successful, and nthn more.

3. Few days later the app tried to send a message I can't even read because the app won't openSince the update I cannot add a new person foundation chart.

4. Also, I can't find the calendar, isn't it available like on the web page?This has given me a clearer view of both personality and design.

1. Fix Genetic Matrix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Genetic Matrix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Genetic Matrix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Genetic Matrix" » Open Genetic Matrix » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Genetic Matrix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Genetic Matrix app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Genetic Matrix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Genetic Matrix" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Genetic Matrix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Genetic Matrix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Genetic Matrix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Genetic Matrix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Genetic Matrix not working

2. Fix Genetic Matrix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Genetic Matrix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Genetic Matrix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Genetic Matrix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
