1. When you open an item to view it then come back out of it to the main page the cursor shoots back up to the top of the page rather than staying on the item you just viewed! If you have been scrolling down through many items, it shoots back up to the top of the page and means you've got to scroll all the way down to where you were viewing again.
2. What the heck have you done to the app, update issue?For last couple of months in my wish lists and saved for later items the app indicates price change in red as you would see during sales.
3. Its impossible to browse as I can only see the items in full if I click on them.Latest version is really annoying, constant pop up ads covering what you are viewing as you scroll up & down.
4. I get that on random items and sometimes the price is changed from, f.e. £20 to £98 ! I reinstalled the app and the issue is still there.
5. I contacted JL customer service on multiple occasions attaching screen shots to which I was advised that's my issue not the app's.Strange issue on tablet only.
6. This means it's impossible to browse via the app! Please fix this issue!The only reason I have the app is for the rewards, but they haven't worked in nearly a year.
7. I've tried contacting the helpdesk and was told to uninstall it, reinstall it, deactivate the account, reactivate the account, clear the cache, cookies, everything.
8. There seems to be no way to switch them off.Have just updated the app and it keeps crashing - constantly coming up with the message 'Sorry something went wrong' but comes back after refreshing.
9. How am I meant to buy anything?The latest app version has an issue.
10. Checkout process brakes if you switch to a different app (such as to approve the payment in your banking app).
11. However, when I click on the item itself to view it, there is no price change applied.
