1. Crazy I deleted the app after 5mins.Keeps glitching & timing out, too many adds with every step it takes to modify photos, & no solid colors to choose fromLooking at its stickers or backgrounds and it's exactly the same as another app that's in here that is just as badSame old set of photo effects already out there in most of the other graphic apps for pictures.

2. Crashing was not solved and previews of wing and wallpaper etc is not showing and it not removing the background like it supposed toAs a retired photographer I spent years working with getting the lighting, posing, backgrounds, etc.

3. Blend does not work, background does not work, wings in front of subject been working with this app for 2 hours.

4. Then it makes you watch a video to experience the actual magic downloads in the app then all of a sudden don't work anymore.

5. Please fix your appWas OK at first minus all the ads that constantly interrupt anything you try to make....then all the sudden the images become pixelated when done....what a waste of great effects.

6. Fix your app!Promising examples... Would have been nice to try, but after SIX attempts to get the ap to open, lots of ads and requests for a rating- U think I'll call it a wash-out.Frustrating .

1. Fix Magic Art Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magic Art: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic Art App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic Art" » Open Magic Art - Photo Effects Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic Art » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic Art - Photo Effects Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic Art servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic Art - Photo Effects Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic Art app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic Art might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magic Art. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magic Art then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magic Art not working

2. Fix Magic Art Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magic Art be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magic Art not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magic Art may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
