I purchased a tablet and a chromecast hoping to be able to put it to use but with a galaxy tab A 8.0 it doesn't stream well at all the quality is bad and it stutters so often that the lesson becomes useless, there is also no search function on the app, navigating is tedious and lacks the functionality of the desktop versionMajor flaw is that there is no option within the app to turn on always on display.

2. @DevTeam please add Chromecast support!!!The video player on the app used to work great but now it doesn't load any videos and it is too taxing to use the desktop site on your phone at home as I do not own a PC.

3. I have had to regretfully cancel my subscription due to these issues.App Terrible on android video playback is a waste of time buffers or doesn't work majority of time my Internet speed is really good.

There's nothing terribly wrong with the app, it's just useless, no value added compared to the same stuff accessed through your mobile browserThe content seems great, was excited to try it and purchase the subscription at the recommendation of a friend but unfortunately without a dedicated computer its worthless.

1. Fix Guitar Lessons Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Guitar Lessons: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Guitar Lessons App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Guitar Lessons" » Open Guitar Lessons by JamPlay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Guitar Lessons » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Guitar Lessons by JamPlay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Guitar Lessons servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Guitar Lessons by JamPlay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Guitar Lessons app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Guitar Lessons might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Guitar Lessons. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Guitar Lessons then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Guitar Lessons not working

2. Fix Guitar Lessons Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Guitar Lessons be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Guitar Lessons not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Guitar Lessons may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
