1. I purchased a tablet and a chromecast hoping to be able to put it to use but with a galaxy tab A 8.0 it doesn't stream well at all the quality is bad and it stutters so often that the lesson becomes useless, there is also no search function on the app, navigating is tedious and lacks the functionality of the desktop versionMajor flaw is that there is no option within the app to turn on always on display.
2. @DevTeam please add Chromecast support!!!The video player on the app used to work great but now it doesn't load any videos and it is too taxing to use the desktop site on your phone at home as I do not own a PC.
3. I have had to regretfully cancel my subscription due to these issues.App Terrible on android video playback is a waste of time buffers or doesn't work majority of time my Internet speed is really good.
4. There's nothing terribly wrong with the app, it's just useless, no value added compared to the same stuff accessed through your mobile browserThe content seems great, was excited to try it and purchase the subscription at the recommendation of a friend but unfortunately without a dedicated computer its worthless.
5. No improvementno Chromecast support for the video player! I love the service overall, l'm just rating the app here, which I will delete and reinstall once chromecast is supported.
6. No support for Google Chromecast which is a problem..it means if you run it on your mobile you have to try and look at a small screen while also looking at the fretboard.
7. Please improve your network performance.Content is very good but they should be careful to always have good backing tracks with the lessons and longer ones too.
8. Which means, while watching a lesson, your phone will continously lock unless you keep tapping the screen.
9. They immediately improved my playing because the one instructor I started with pointed out a major group of faults I had with my right hand use and technique.
10. Regarding the technical issues, I haven't had any trouble streaming the lessons, maybe because I live in a major met.
11. Im sure its not my internet connections since I have fiber connection and youtube and netflix videos are fast.
Please cancel my subscription
i would like to cancel my bass subscription because it is irrelevant to me.
