  • I needed to send a fax, but I did not have any credits. I went to purchase credits and it gave me 3 options so I went with the C-points. However, that apparently does not work to use for faxing.     I have your camscanner app and use it occasionally with great results. I do not require any kind of upgrade as I don't use it often, however when I was using the app yesterday an ad style pop up appeared and before I even realised I accidentally purchased a one-year subscription. I had my thumb on my phone and had looked away and this caused me to hit the purchase button and approve the payment using my fingerprint.

    I immediately logged a refund request through apple which should be evident. I am currently still waiting a reply.

    I just thought it may be best to also write in and have the subscription cancelled and see if you can offer any solutions.

    I am very sorry for the mistake.

  • Hi, I took a 3 days trial on 30/12/2020 and cancelled the subscription in 3 days but it still charged me HKD$393/year. After following step by step guide I seen no evidence that I had a subscription and could not find out a way to cancel it.
