    I have your camscanner app and use it occasionally with great results. I do not require any kind of upgrade as I don't use it often, however when I was using the app yesterday an ad style pop up appeared and before I even realised I accidentally purchased a one-year subscription. I had my thumb on my phone and had looked away and this caused me to hit the purchase button and approve the payment using my fingerprint.

    I immediately logged a refund request through apple which should be evident. I am currently still waiting a reply.

    I just thought it may be best to also write in and have the subscription cancelled and see if you can offer any solutions.

    I am very sorry for the mistake.

    I have downloaded your app for 3 day trial only but when I scan the ID, it directed me to subscribe for 192.99 AED to save it so I have proceed it but still I have my 3 days trial starting today. I want to unsubscribe it and don't know how to delete my credit card details to it as well. Please do help me before the 3 days trial ends on January 29, 2021.   • Hi, I took a 3 days trial on 30/12/2020 and cancelled the subscription in 3 days but it still charged me HKD$393/year. I just realised it when I checked with my email & my credit card record 2 weeks later. Could you please help to refund on the yearly subscription fee? CamScanner is quite a helpful app but I don't need it at this stage. Looking forward to getting a positive feedback from your side. Many thanks!
