Please fix it (and if you could add HSK 5, that would also be absolutely amazing, though I'd happily change my rating to 5 stars already if you just fix the bug)it's an overall good app, that I would recommend, however there is a fault in it; there is no grammar in level 2, it keeps opening the vocab list, which is a pity that it doesn't work -->(little later after it was changed) love it now, thank you for the fast update, you're doing amazing work and its very efficient and helpful, thank you 😊Wonderful app for pronunciation.

Might be hard for complete beginners, but great to see each word in a sentence.It's very good overall, can you guys add Traditional mode? because i'm having trouble reading simplified, i'm taiwanese but lives in korea and i grew up seeing traditional...Fantastic, innovative app with great exercises and properly sourced repetition.

3. It gives you a chance to study easily confused characters side by side (and gives you time to find a trick to help you remember the difference).This is the best app I ever used to memorize characters (I basically managed to memorize HSK 1+2 in a single weekend using this app).

4. Still, it's a very useful app especially for tracking my progress and distinguishing between similar-looking characters.I find this really useful to support my Mandarin learning.

5. My only complaint is that changing the volume in this app alters the ring volume not the media volume.It's very good apps for learn chinese but inside the apps lot of mistake.

6. Unfortunately, on my Samsung S21 Ultra, it no longer works: the back of the card is empty 😭 I tried contacting the developers, I'd be happy to support in fixing the issues, but no reply.

7. I particularly like the new 'confusing characters' mode - I've not seen another app with that and it's really helping me to avoid confusing those characters.

8. I've tried a few other Chinese flash cards apps but this one just works best for me.

1. Fix HSK Magic Chinese Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HSK Magic Chinese: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HSK Magic Chinese App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HSK Magic Chinese" » Open HSK Magic Chinese » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HSK Magic Chinese » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HSK Magic Chinese app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HSK Magic Chinese servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HSK Magic Chinese" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HSK Magic Chinese app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HSK Magic Chinese might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HSK Magic Chinese. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HSK Magic Chinese then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HSK Magic Chinese not working

2. Fix HSK Magic Chinese Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HSK Magic Chinese be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HSK Magic Chinese not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
