Why should I report an Issue with HSK Flashcards?

1. Maybe take it into consideration for the next update?The best app out there to learn new Chinese words! It lets you study your weak spots repeatedly, and is helpful to learning and memorizing the words well.

2. There will be 9 levels 😅Amazing app! I would suggest option to see all the words in separate categories, and PLEASE, a bigger font! (Or option to choose it) thanks! Great app, dev!I'm very happy with this app.

3. The app seems to be active looping over a core of 1o or 15, but some characters seem to come up much less frequently, which makes them very hard to learn.

4. I can learn and practice all the words I need to know with SRS, it's simple but effective.

5. It would be so helpful to get an audio for the words I learn.

1. Fix HSK Flashcards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HSK Flashcards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HSK Flashcards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HSK Flashcards" » Open HSK Flashcards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HSK Flashcards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HSK Flashcards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HSK Flashcards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HSK Flashcards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HSK Flashcards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HSK Flashcards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HSK Flashcards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HSK Flashcards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HSK Flashcards not working

2. Fix HSK Flashcards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HSK Flashcards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HSK Flashcards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HSK Flashcards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
