IntelyCare Customer Insights

1. Pros: Good pay, paid weekly, flexibility on when/where you work, the app concept is great - just has some bugs to work out.Shifts will appear, then when you refresh the page they disappear, and then when you refresh the page again they'll appear again.

2. I've never gotten a notification, in 4yrs, for a preferred location shift availability, even after I've signed up for alerts and called customer service about this and they supposedly reset it.Can't really give any stars, because I gave all my personal documents and I can't get access to the app and it says someone will contact me 1 to 2 business days and it's been a week already.

3. I don't understand but I kinda gave up on trying to book a job on it.This app was great for a few months,but I haven't been able to pick up shifts in my area for many months.

4. It also tells you which facility canceled shifts the most and the one that doesn't so that makes the workers able to pick more shifts where they can work without being canceled.

5. It gives you a very detailed information on what you want either your shift, the lactation of the facility to work, the time, the floor, how to check in and out,the amount to be paid and when to be paid.

6. Almost all of the available shifts require an hour drive, but they do not compensate you for mileage.

7. Indeed it's a great appCons: Forced to update app frequently, app freezes up when you try to check-in, check-out, and accept a shift.

8. Shifts will not show for me then a friend of mine with the same exact credentials/tier/location will get on her app and will have several Shifts show for her.

9. 🤦🏼 ♀️ I some help here customer service!!!!Can't even get past the "import app" page.

10. if you don't have a picturesque appearance, the app doesn't give you options to use a nicer one you might have, once in your lifetime.

11. I contacted an I.T person and they just said I needed to adjust my filter settings which I have to the MAX distance.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IntelyCare Issues

1. Fix IntelyCare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IntelyCare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IntelyCare App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IntelyCare" » Open IntelyCare - Nursing Jobs » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IntelyCare » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IntelyCare - Nursing Jobs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IntelyCare servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IntelyCare - Nursing Jobs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IntelyCare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IntelyCare might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IntelyCare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IntelyCare then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IntelyCare not working


2. Fix IntelyCare Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IntelyCare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IntelyCare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IntelyCare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
