1. Thank You.It's a superb app just go for it provides everything a student needs ncert solution , notes live classes ( you can even watch the replay if you missed it anytime anywhere) and past year sample paper and much much more..... I loved it ( and specially the fact that this is all freeeeee( other than live classes courses))I installed this to solve ques and earn but when i tried to answer the question it shows up 'an unknown error occured' or some time it didn't scan the ans properly then i did phone call at their no but that no was unavailble and after sending 2 emails regarding this issue i didn't get reply back either.

I thought there is a error in phone so I rebooted the phone twise but there was use.So request you to please try the app first and then install it.This is really a good application for children learning and understanding new terms .By this they can make their calculation more better.This helps them to share their experiences and get some knowledge.

3. After getting solution of the first question I asked, the app asked to be rated but my ratings were not getting submitted when I tapped the "Submit" option, and due to this prompt occuring everytime I am starting the app, I can't work ahead with it.

4. * points should given only for 5star rated answers so we can reduce wrong answers.Your app is good but bad in many respects.

5. Coz maximum students have problems and doubts in biology, physics , chemistry and specially in maths so dont worry just install this awesome app.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Instasolv » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Instasolv: NCERT, IIT JEE,NEET app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Instasolv servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Instasolv: NCERT, IIT JEE,NEET" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Instasolv app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Instasolv might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Instasolv. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Instasolv then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Instasolv not working

2. Fix Instasolv Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Instasolv be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Instasolv not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Instasolv may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
