1. Looking forward to a quick reply...The worst experience ever as a tutor! I tried registering and filled up all the details - yes they ask for my personal details first before any of the tests! And in the tests, there are wrong questions, they don't let you know your answers and also i was not able to give any more tests! So,when i contacted them, NOBODY ANSWERED! I may have sent 6 mails and also downloaded the app but here also, no help request is accepted!! Such reckless management by their team! Not a good app or site! Cheater!I personally like this app.Recently the app has issues unable to show up the notifications.

2. :)the app is has very good content but the main problem is the design of the app and the interface of everything... pls make it more comfortable like toppr app the doubt interface also needs complete overhaul... also the doubts packs are the most important and unique thing about this app but the doubt section asks to choose subject then topic then comes the doubt... which is terrible... also the camera in doubt window does not allow to focus the camera... which causes pictures taken to be unclearWaiting time is too much.

3. Nice on-boarding process very easy and well explained.I felt pretty bad when I came to know that the book that I have unlocked by applying coupon code from MTG NEET Champion Chemistry is missing from the app or it's just not working, to be more specific.

4. It had 7 questions of which 3 had hilarious mistakes; one had the right graphs but they could not count its point of intersections, other's graph was dead wrong and the third was plain stupid.i really like the concept of this app but i feel it could be better.

5. I believe it could be made more productive and easy if some voice functionality is added as it would make doubt clearing fluid and less time consuming.

6. It helps me in preparation, but this problem makes me irritated and is the only reason i don't wanna buy the subscription.1) the image quality in the chat gets degraded.

7. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I even opened the in-app help ticket to mention about the issue but the response is not good.

8. I understand that they are also human and make mistakes but some of theses people stubbornly stick to their method even though it is obvious it is wrong.

9. I installed the app to solve questions of the book but to my disappointment, the app insists me on buying the digital book again or subscribe to Passport.

10. Unfortunately now it looks like every single person who know the spelling of physics, chemistry or mathematics has decided to become a tutor.

1. Fix #Learn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart #Learn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the #Learn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "#Learn" » Open #Learn: Doubt Clearing, Live Classes for JEE, NEET » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for #Learn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear #Learn: Doubt Clearing, Live Classes for JEE, NEET app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from #Learn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "#Learn: Doubt Clearing, Live Classes for JEE, NEET" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check #Learn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, #Learn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall #Learn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall #Learn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing #Learn not working

2. Fix #Learn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make #Learn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to #Learn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, #Learn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
