Doubtnut Customer Insights

1. Smh.I like this app because it was very helpful but now for some months it ask to purchase one pro and if I don't buy then I can't saw the full vedio which is really disappointed...i used this because it was free of cost online platform but now it ask to paid...if some adds are coming then I understand but this is really really disappointing...lost of students used this for their study and some of their conditions are economically not good...i thik you should think about the matter...This app is helpful but ads are very annoying which diverts my focus and some solution videos are are also not helpful because they have no answer for some questions.

2. But this is forced on u.I used to like this app since it was helpful for me to get step by step solution for my questions, I didn't mind the few seconds of ads that popped up every now and then BUUUUT now you need to get the pro version for nearly EVERY VIDEO!!! Honestly super disappointed plus there's lots and lots of pop-ups which makes it annoying to navigate through the app.

3. But it's mostly annoying to use app as it not works 😕😔 good enough.Each video is played from YouTube with intro that says use app.

4. If i click on a video then it is showing a pop up to buy the packages This app not worth it at allUnexperienced and low quality teachers as compared to other app teachers.

5. & It has became worst by adding Nonsense Advertisement and video lagging, not properly video opening.

6. I'll suggest the team to remove the Advertisement and Fix the bugs related to video opening.

7. You can prefer another replacement apps instead of this one.I understand that you guys need money For the Continuity of this app guys made it an adnut.

8. I don't think 🤔 that it is that much helpful for the students how are studying in NCERT books.

9. Open the app u have an ad, type a question again an ad, click a question there comes an ad again, resume the video and ad yet again.

10. Asking for money to view video solutions and there are too many irrevelent ads.

11. Just go to hell doubt nut and it's teamIt worked beautifully till 2022 But in these days Lots of issues facing by students.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Doubtnut Issues

1. Fix Doubtnut Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Restart Doubtnut: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the Doubtnut App. Here is how:
1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Doubtnut" » Open Doubtnut for NCERT, JEE, NEET » click "Update".
2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Doubtnut » click "UPDATE".
Clear Doubtnut for NCERT, JEE, NEET app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doubtnut servers.
1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doubtnut for NCERT, JEE, NEET" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

Check Doubtnut app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doubtnut might not work.

Uninstall and reinstall Doubtnut. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doubtnut then reinstall.

Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Doubtnut not working

2. Fix Doubtnut Server issues & Internet Connection

Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Doubtnut be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Doubtnut not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Doubtnut may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
